1- Returns and Refunds: if you are anything less than delighted for any reason with any item purchased on Filmposters.it, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders. Filmposters.it respect the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling ) Regulations (EU Directive 577/1985 , EU Directive 7/1997 and the italian law D. lgs. 50/1992). If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item/s you have ordered you have the right to cancel your purchase. If you wish to cancel before the items are despatched you are asked to contact us, by e-mail, as soon as it's practicably possible, you'll receive the refund in 3 working days on your credit card, delivery costs included. If your cancellation is received after the items have been despatched then to exercise your reund right by this way: sending a written comunication to Bizonweb Customer Care, via Serenissima 5, 25135 Brescia, ITALY, it will be pleased to receive also an e-mail to customer@filmposters.it. Moreover you'll have to send also products we delivered still in saleable conditions at the same address above. 4- Delivery Times and Charges: Filmposters.it deliver its movie posters in many world countries using the Priority Mail Service. We decided to ship every movie poster order with FedEx fastest service at a fixed charge of 30,00 Euro VAT inc.. Moreover for orders above 100 Euro there will be FREE SHIPPING with Priority Mail Service. Delivery Times in Italy: 24-48h from order (saturday and sunday excluded); in Europe: 3 working days after receiving your order; in USA and in the rest of the world they are shipped in 5-7 working days after receiving your order. Our movie posters are shipped in a plastic tube to be sure thay can shipped everywhere without any problem; packaging costs are included in the delivery charges. Every movie poster you can find on our website is available and ready to be shipped.

8- Terms and Conditions:
Our Agreement with you
A. Creation of the arrangement
A.1 In this Agreement, we are Bizonweb srl of Via Serenissima 5, 25135 Brescia, Italy and you are the person detailed on the Order Forms.
A.2 Our Agreement is made on the date we deduct payment from your credit card the details of which you provided on the Order Form of the bank.
A.3 Our Agreement includes all correspondence from us to you and the descriptions of the Goods as provided by us on our Website.
B. MAKING YOUR ORDERING
B.1 Use our Website and select your products.
B.2 Complete the Order Form in full and follow the instructions detailed on the Website.
C. AND THEN
C.1 If your chosen products are in stock your Order will be processed. We will deduct the price payable for your chosen products from your nominated credit card and your chosen products will be delivered to you. All prizes on our website are VAT included.
D. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED
D.1. You may return the products to us whereupon a full refund will be made as described in returns and refunds section.
D.2 You may request replacement products, which we will despatch to you (subject to availability) on receipt of the original products which were not satisfactory from you. The returned items will be refunded and a new order will be placed.
D.3 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Order and the details provided in your Order Form.
D.4 The quantity and description of your chosen products shall be those set out in the Order Form unless we subsequently agree otherwise.
E. PRICE OF THE GOODS
E.1 The price of the Goods shall be the price quoted by us on our Website next to the illustration/description of your chosen products, unless agreed otherwise by us in writing.
F. RISK AND PROPERTY
F.1 Risk of damage to or loss of your chosen products shall pass to you on delivery of them.
F.2 Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in your chosen products or any other provision of this Agreement property in your chosen products shall not pass to you until we receive cleared funds payment in full of the price of your chosen products.
G. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond our reasonable control:-
G.1 Act of God explosion flood tempest fire or accident;
G.2 war or threat of war sabotage insurrection civil disturbance or requisition;
G.3 acts restrictions regulations bye-laws prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental parliamentary or local authority;
G.4 import or export regulations or embargoes;
G.5 strikes lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of us or of a third party);
G.6 power failure or breakdown in machinery.
H. GENERAL
H.1 The Contract shall be governed by the laws of Italy.
H.2 The terms and conditions set out in this Agreement represents the entire Agreement.
